Over 100 swappers joined us in London for our final swap of 2023! People were swapping everything from Tradescantia to rare Anthurium hybrids. Sarah Gerrard-Jones (The Plant Rescuer) and Jonny Balchandani (The Brearded Plantaholic) hosted a Q&A session about pollinating and pests.

45 swappers made their way to Tapestry by PROPS in Bristol for this swap. Even though it was an absolutely scorching day, people had a blast swapping all kinds of plants. Later in the afternoon Hayley Stephens (owner of Mint Plants in Bristol) chatted about her houseplant journey and how she rescues cacti & succulent collections throughout the UK.

The Midlands was a highly requested spot for Another Plant Swap, so we went up to Birmingham. We had 70 swappers who filled the space with hundreds of beautiful plants. Joe Bagley (The Houseplant Doctor™) spoke about all things houseplants, including his favourite pest and what's on his wishlist.

We made our way up to Scotland for our first out of London (and international) swap! 45 lovely plant enthusiasts joined us for an afternoon of plant swapping fun, a Q&A session with plant-tubers Claire (The Jungle Haven) & Emma (Good Growing), and a raffle full of planty prizes.

Our biggest swap yet, with over 100 swappers, was in Peckham. This was also our first event to have speakers. Sarah Gerrard-Jones (The Plant Rescuer), Tea Francis (biologist & plant enthusiast) & Amy Loosley (co-founder of Soil Ninja) spoke about sustainability & answered swappers questions.

80 houseplant enthusiasts joined us in Shoreditch for the second Another Plant Swap event. Over 1000 plants & cuttings were swapped on a lovely sunny afternoon. Our sponsors Liquid Gold Leaf & Soil Ninja taught about soil health and beneficial microbes. Our raffle raised £250 for mind charity UK.

Our first swap hosted 40 swappers at a bar on the banks of the river Thames. Sponsor Pally Plants provided gorgeous prizes for the raffle where we raised £100 for mind charity UK.
