Terms & Conditions
Ticket refunds & cancelled/rescheduled events:

Refund Policy: All ticket sales are final, and no refunds will be provided unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.

Cancelled Events: In the event of a cancelled event, all tickets will be refunded automatically within 30 days of the cancellation date.

Rescheduled Events: If an event is rescheduled, all tickets will be honoured on the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund within 14 days of the rescheduled date.

Refund Requests: All refund requests must be made in writing and sent to hello@anotherplantswap.com. The refund will be processed within 30 days of receiving the request.

Tickets you purchase are for personal use. Except as we may agree, you and your party must not re-sell or transfer (or seek to re-sell or transfer) the tickets in breach of the applicable terms. A breach of this condition will entitle Another Plant Swap to cancel the tickets without prior notification, refund, compensation or liability.

On occasions the show or event may be filmed or recorded. Buying a ticket affirms your consent to the filming and sound recording of yourself as a member of the audience. If you have any objection, should this happen when you attend an event, please contact a member of Another Plant Swap.

Tickets will be dispatched to you via email. If you have not received your ticket 72h after purchasing; please contact hello@anotherplantswap.com.
During the events:

Personal Property: The event organizer is not responsible for any theft or loss of personal property during the event.

Security Measures: The event organizer will take reasonable security measures to prevent theft or loss of personal property, but cannot guarantee the safety of all attendees' personal belongings.

Reporting Theft: If you experience theft or loss of personal property during the event, please report it to the event staff or security immediately.
